In a pint glass, pour:
12 oz. American Pilsner Beer
1 oz. Vodka
½ oz. Sweetened Lime Juice

1 oz. Vanilla Vodka
4 oz. Pineapple Juice
Shake with ice until frothy, strain into tall glass filled with ice.
Gently pour ½ oz. Creme de Noyaux over top.

1 oz. Chambord
½ oz. Grand Marnier
½ oz. Navan
Shake in mixing tin until frosted, strain into martini glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.

½ oz. Mellon Liqueur
½ oz. Black Raspberry Liqueur
¼ oz. Vanilla Vodka
Shake with ice until tin is frosted, strain into a shot glass.

1 oz. Canadian Whiskey
½ oz. Amaretto
4 oz. Cranberry Juice
Squeeze Lime Wedge
Roll into mixing tin and back into highball glass over ice.

New Year's Eve Limoncello
In an empty 1/2-gallon Vodka bottle, add:
1/5 gallon Vodka (1 standard 750 ml bottle),
Zest of 8 lemons.
Cap and store 4 days at room temperature, add:
3-1/4 cups sugar dissolved in 3-1/4 cups water.
Cap and store overnight, strain and chill before serving.

In a highball glass with ice, add:
1 oz. Blueberry Vodka
½ oz. Crème de Cacao White
4 oz. Half-and-Half
Roll into mixing tin and back into glass, garnish with fresh blueberries.

Olympic Margarita
In a highball glass with ice, add:
¾ oz. Gold Tequila
¾ oz. Silver Tequila
½ oz. Triple Sec
¼ oz. Simple Syrup
2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Shake well, garnish with lime wedge dipped in salt, serve with a stirrer.
